Breakfast had excellent choices and warm options.

i could hardly sleep with the ac blasting like a jet engine and the bathroom door refusing to close. and where was my welcome gift? all i got was disappointment and a headache from stress. i almost gave a glowing review until i realized i deserved way more, YOU'D think they would take some pride, truly absurd!

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the air conditioning unit, which was not functional at all. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, the front desk staff informed me that they were unable to provide a different room or any help as maintenance was unavailable. Additionally, the bathroom door in my room was faulty, adding to my overall dissatisfaction with the amenities, and there were delays in receiving basic requests like extra pillows.

The local cuisine was a highlight, especially discovering Star Wok Asian Bistro just a stone's throw away for some scrumptious noodles. The breakfast spread was decent with options like eggs and sausage...

The staff was incredibly accommodating and the laundry facilities were convenient, adding a nice touch to our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Houston East, Beltway 8 By Ihg. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a great variety, which made my mornings delightful....  

Staying here was quite nice, especially enjoying the comfy beds and the spotless room that made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the leisure room after a long day. While the bathroom setup could use some TLC, it didn't take away from our overall great experience! 😊

However, the cleanliness could be improved, as the carpets were not well-maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning was not adequately cooling the room, which affected overall comfort. For the price, the experience was promising, yet improvements in maintenance and housekeeping would elevate future stays.
